I’M AN NRI FROM THE U.S.A., KETAN R. KAKKAD – A VICTIM OF CORRUPTION, LOOT, TORTURE & WHITE COLLAR TERRORISM – living in Mumbai since last 9 years – with a small property in PANVEL (Raigad), INDIA.
To draw your attention, I had NO OTHER CHOICE but to make this website, post some facts-questions and an APPEAL to you for justice in my Motherland.
In PANVEL, we have a Mountain top Heavenly 2.50 acres plot of land (just above SALMAN KHAN’s ARPITA FARMS), with our small temple of Lord Ganesh and an eco-friendly hut, all of which have been looted now.
In Panvel Sessions Court, a Wildlife Case is going on since 1999, in which there were arrest warrants issue, but NOTHING happened for nearly 24 years now.
Five Years ago, I took entry in the case demanding that not only ONE owner, but all the other property owners should be named in the FIR, but nothing has been done so far.
The courts are being misguided at every stage, leading to a possible Contempt and on June 22, 2023, the hearing resumed again. My lawyers were told that the ‘Vakalatnama’ is MISSING from the files, so submit a fresh one…!!!
Now, what is the use when the illegal encroachers carry out unauthorised constructions on Forest Lands in Panvel – something that can be easily verified by a satellite image OR Drone survey?
Our Plots & even our small Eco friendly Ganapati Dada Mandir has been deprived of electric connection, water supply, entry to our Plots barred illegally with the support of unscrupulous government officers at all levels, illegal dams, diversions, constructing roads, etc. due to the pressure tactics of allegedly Salman Khan (as prima facir evident & as per locals) who Owns an airconditioned horse stable with ALL amenities, world-class facilities, etc just a few feet to the right & below our Plots and Temple.
You call us NRIs as the ‘Brand Ambassadors’ of India, but see what is their (NRI’s) fate anywhere in this country, especially Panvel, Raigad? Is this what we deserve under your Raj?
What are your compulsions, PM Modiji?
PANVEL FILES STORY FOREST LAND SCAMS?
State BJP leaders who enjoy very close rapport with Salman Khan and his Family?
Pressures from KATTAR TABLIGHI ZAFAR SARASHWALA ?
OR some other reasons….?
Corrupt people in System & Govt in Nexus with Rich & FAMOUS Wrongdoers at various levels deliberately trying to scuttle/damage our legal actions / cases to grab our prime property along with Loot of Forest Lands & by making laughing stock of Law, Order & Justice System since several years? Besides Forest Lands Encroachments and massive Illegal Constructions in ESZ – even Environmental Laws are in Violation. Praan, Prakruti, Ganesh Temple are also not spared.
